Our team is dedicated to making your medical spa experience at Spatologie a great one - we’re here to answer any questions you have before, during and after your appointment. We have each tried most (if not all!) of the aesthetic treatments offered at Spatologie and can share first-hand experience with you. We also have a wide variety of solutions - like our special numbing cream from our compound pharmacy partner - to help ease any discomfort you may experience.

When to Book

It is generally recommended that you avoid booking any facial aesthetic services right before a big event - and our team of experts is here to help you determine the right timing if you are coming in to prepare for a party, photos or something special.

How Often Should I Visit

Whenever you need a Spa Day! Truly, the timing of your visits is up to you and most clients visit us every three months. Our team is here to help you find the right follow-up schedule to keep you glowing and help you enjoy the benefits of your medspa experience.

  • We ask for at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations or appointment changes. You’ll receive an email and a text message from Spatologie before your appointment. Please make sure that the information we have on file is up to date so you can receive these!

  • Our booking system is managed through an app called Boulevard. The best way to resolve this is to call our team at 973-440-7733 and someone will call you back to get your booking confirmed!
